Prior to joining Spark Networks, Clark was CFO for Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., a global leader in cloud, messaging, digital and IoT products. Before that, he served as CFO of The Meet Group, a provider of interactive dating solutions. He was also CFO of Nutrisystem from 2007 to 2013—and his first CFO role was at Suncom Wireless from 1997 to 2006.
