He will lead the company’s technology strategy, deliverables and resources during a critical growth period.

With more than 150 employees and a growing engineering team, Seven Senders has become the single, most cost-effective provider for its ecommerce clients by building and managing a virtual network of more than 120 providers across Europe. Shipping prices are as much as 33-percent less expensive, with up to 35-percent faster delivery.
Backed by Digital+ Partners, Seven Senders was already experiencing 90% year-over-year growth before COVID; the pandemic accelerated that momentum and the business achieved more than 100% growth and delivered 30M parcels last year. As the company continues to grow, the engineering and architectural team and capabilities are a big focus.

Before joining Seven Senders, Heilmann was managing director and chief technology officer for Aroundhome. Prior to that, he was chief information officer at MYTOYS GROUP. He also worked at Allianz for six years in several leadership roles, including global head of ADM Sourcing—and department head of several divisions, including Collaboration and Communication, ABS Operations and Voice Communication, and Network Operations and Communications. He joined Allianz as a program manager of IPT and vendor management.
