Founded in 2016, Factorial has closed more than $100M in funding with top international venture capitalists including Tiger Global, Charles River, Creandum and Point Nine. The company provides an easy-to-use HR platform for the entire company. HR teams, managers and employees run all their company’s HR processes through the software to speed up and simplify collaboration.
Headquartered in Barcelona, Factorial has more than 350 employees and serves thousands of customers in more than 60 countries around the world and across industries. Each year, the company experiences exponential growth, and its products continue to evolve with new power and functionality.

Before joining Factorial, he was head of product at Rappi, a hyper-growth food delivery startup. Prior to that, he was chief product officer at Smart Protection; founder and chief executive officer at Valeet; vice president of products at Ludei; head of products at Trov Inc.; and vice president of products at Movoto. Jimenez launched his career as a software analyst and in various product and business/account management roles at several technology and startup companies.
