• Previously worked in executive search at a private equity-focused boutique firm, specializing in CEO, chairman, NED and C-level roles across a range of industries, including consumer, industrial, retail, technology and tech-enabled services, business services and financial services
• Began her career in investment banking, spending nine years with Cazenove in corporate finance, where she advised boards and senior management across the FTSE 100 and 250 and worked on IPOs, M&A and capital markets transactions with a focus on financial services and TMT
