Good has taken on a pivotal role for the company as it continues to grow rapidly and considers an IPO.

Founded in 2003, Squarespace is a cloud-based web development platform that offers a website builder, domain registration, e-commerce platform, blogging platform and a hosting service. It provides a hosted and managed environment with do-it-yourself tools for creating and maintaining domains, websites, blogs, stores and portfolios.
The company is headquartered in New York City and has approximately 750 employees and more than 1 million paying customers globally. The core of the client base is made up of individuals and small businesses with fewer than 10 employees. In 2017, the business generated close to $300M in revenue, delivering over 50% year-over-year growth. Over the past eight years, Squarespace has secured nearly $280M in funding and assembled a set of experienced high-profile backers, including General Atlantic, Accel Partners and Index Ventures.

She has held numerous other executive human resources roles at companies including CACI International Inc., SRA International, Blackboard, Inc. and American Management Systems (AMS).
