This appointment marks a key milestone in Teads’ evolution, following the transformational merger between Outbrain and Teads earlier this year. The combined platform unites Teads’ and Outbrain’s unique demand, supply, data, and technology capabilities to deliver elevated outcomes for marketers, agencies, and publishers across the global digital ecosystem.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Spilman will oversee global commercial strategy and execution, working closely with Teads’ regional leadership and strategic partners to accelerate growth, strengthen agency and brand relationships, and advance the company’s go-to-market vision worldwide.
Mollie brings deep commercial and operational leadership experience from a distinguished career spanning digital media, adtech, and enterprise technology. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Oracle Advertising, where she led global client partnerships and commercial performance across third-party audience, contextual targeting, and verification solutions. Previously, she was Chief Revenue Officer and later Chief Operating Officer at Criteo, where she helped scale the business from $600 million to over $2 billion in revenue, driving the company’s expansion into retail media through the acquisition of HookLogic. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Millennial Media and Yahoo!, where she built and led global commercial teams through periods of transformation and growth.
