Founded in 2016 by Glen Aitken and Josh Rauchwerger, LiftWerx has redefined wind turbine maintenance through its proprietary electric up-tower crane technology — eliminating the need for ground cranes and delivering significant time, cost, and environmental advantages. Its turnkey corrective repair model has positioned it as a critical partner to the world’s top wind farm operators and OEMs, who collectively represent more than one-third of North America’s wind power generation.
Following TowerBrook Capital Partners’ investment through its Delta impact strategy in June 2024, LiftWerx is now building the senior team that will drive the next phase of transformational growth, operational excellence, and industry leadership.
