Backed by Banneker Partners, Ever.Ag provides agriculture technology (AgTech) solutions and services for large food and beverage businesses in consumer packaged goods (CPG). Offerings include technology, risk management and market-intelligence solution sets for dairy, livestock, crops and agribusiness customers. These tools and insights create more efficiency and sustainability and can be used strategically across every stage of the supply chain.

For example, he was chief product officer at Computer Associates, where he reported directly to the chief executive officer. Sargent was also chief operating officer for a Thoma Bravo-backed portfolio company, and chief executive officer for a B2B technology provider owned by GI Partners.
