San Francisco, CA — April 8, 2019 Renovata & Company is pleased to announce the placement of Greg Fenton as senior vice president of product management for Doxim, a leading provider of customer engagement software for financial services and other regulated organizations. In his new role, Fenton is responsible for building out the company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer communication management (CCM) capabilities.
Doxim’s customer engagement platform helps clients communicate reliably and effectively, improve cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and drive increased loyalty and wallet share through personalized communications. The platform addresses key digitization, operational efficiency and customer experience challenges through its suite of plug-and-play, integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) software and document technology solutions.

Prior to joining Doxim, Fenton spent nearly a decade at NexJ Systems, a provider of intelligent customer management (ICM) solutions for the finance and insurance industries. Most recently, he was director, product management, technology for NexJ Health, where he evolved the company’s public cloud health solution to new levels of competitiveness and profitability. He also worked as senior product manager in the company’s enterprise application framework and CRM divisions. Before that, Fenton spent years as a professional services consultant, focused on various technologies.
