Doxim, Leading Customer Communications and Engagement Technology Provider for Financial Markets, Welcomes Michael Rogalski as Chief Executive Officer

San Francisco, CA — October 17, 2019 Renovata & Company is pleased to announce the placement of Michael Rogalski as chief executive officer for Doxim, a leading provider of customer engagement software for financial services and other regulated organizations. He will succeed the company’s founder, Chris Rasmussen, who is now chairman of the board of directors. Together, they will lead the company into a new stage of growth.

“Michael is a seasoned software and services executive with a track record of driving results in financial services and regulated industries,” says Simon Francis, Renovata & Company partner. “Before joining Doxim, he was president of the legal solutions group for EPIQ, a worldwide provider of legal services, where he led the company’s sales strategy.”

Doxim is a customer communications and engagement technology leader serving financial and regulated markets. The company’s Customer Engagement Platform helps clients communicate reliably and effectively, improve cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and drive increased loyalty and wallet share through personalized communications. The platform addresses key digitization, operational efficiency and customer experience challenges through its suite of plug-and-play, integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) software and document technology solutions.

Founded in 2000, Doxim has experienced rapid growth during the past five years, fueled by strategic M&A activity and private equity investment. Backed by GI Partners, the company operates from seven locations across North America, has more than 500 employees, and serves more than 2,000 clients in financial services and regulated industries. Doxim has received numerous awards for its financial success and product innovation, and has ranked in Deloitte Fast 50, Deloitte Fast 500, Growth 500, Branham 300, IDC FinTech Top 100 and WealthTech100.

“I am excited to lead Doxim during its next stage of growth,” Rogalski says. “The organization is uniquely positioned to empower clients to execute on their digital transformation strategy, and I will continue focusing our efforts and investment on serving clients with unrivaled quality and care. I look forward to the value we will continue delivering to the market.”

Rogalski’s previous roles include group president of the wealth and retirement division within Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), a global leader in financial services technology. He also spent 17 years at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) as chief financial officer and in other senior leadership roles in sales, M&A, operations and general management.
