London, September 2026 – Renovata is pleased to announce the appointment of Stewart McCluskey as Chief Revenue Officer, UK&I at RLDatix, a global leader in healthcare software.
Stewart joins RLDatix following an 18-year career with Civica, where he progressed from the sales floor to the Executive Board through a series of commercial and operational leadership roles. Most recently serving as Executive Director, Health, Education, People and Workforce, he brings extensive experience across sales, operations, customer engagement and organisational leadership.

The role
As Chief Revenue Officer, UK&I, Stewart takes on responsibility for commercial leadership across RLDatix’s UK&I business. The role draws on his experience leading sales, operations and wider business functions across complex software organisations, as well as his long-standing experience working with customers across health, education and other public services.

Stewart is an experienced commercial and operational leader with an 18-year career at Civica, progressing from the sales floor to the Executive Board. During his tenure, he held leadership roles spanning health, education, local government, people and workforce management, with responsibilities across growth strategy, sales, operations, customer engagement and organisational performance.
Across those roles, Stewart built and developed high-performing teams while working closely with customers to address complex organisational challenges through technology. He now brings that experience to RLDatix as Chief Revenue Officer for its UK&I business.
