Aniket Banthia is based in London and advises Boards and investors on CEO succession, Board level hiring and senior leadership appointments. He is a Consultant and co-leads Renovata’s CEO Succession & Board Practice, with a focus on software and tech enabled services companies, particularly Private Equity backed businesses across Europe and the US.

Previously, Aniket spent more than 10 years at Egon Zehnder, where he worked extensively with CEOs, Boards and investors across the technology sector. His work has focused on CEO succession, leadership assessment and senior executive hiring for both listed and Private Equity backed technology companies on both sides of the Atlantic.
