Renovata Appoints Paul Sanders as President UK & Ireland at RLDatix
London, UK – Renovata is pleased to announce the placement of Paul Sanders as President, UK & Ireland at RLDatix, a global leader in patient safety, workforce management, and compliance solutions.

Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, RLDatix has grown rapidly through more than 15 strategic acquisitions since 2018, including RL, Datix, Allocate, TimeCare, and RiskMan International. The company is backed by private equity investors TA Associates, Five Arrows Principal Investments (Rothschild), and Nordic Capital.
In his new role, Sanders will lead the UK & Ireland business unit, headquartered in Richmond, UK, with responsibility for its $181M annual billings, over 500 employees, and market-leading positions in workforce management (serving more than 92% of the NHS) and patient safety software. His remit includes P&L ownership, strategic growth, market positioning, and the development of high-performing teams across the UK&I portfolio, which also encompasses Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) and Government & Commercial sectors.
Sanders brings a proven track record in driving growth and transformation in technology-enabled service businesses. He has held senior leadership roles at Civica, TNT Business Solutions, and TNT Archive Services. Familiar with both Datix and Allocate products, he finds RLDatix’s proposition compelling and views the President role as “similar to what I’m doing today but on a larger scale,” with the opportunity to influence outcomes for healthcare providers across the region.
His appointment reflects RLDatix’s commitment to scaling culture, innovation, and operations in support of its mission to help raise the standard of care everywhere.
In October 2024, Dan Michelson was appointed CEO of RLDatix, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Sanders will report directly to Michelson and serve as a key member of the global executive team.
